Generally:

• No parties!
• Rest times from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. (state matter)
• Bed linen and shower/hand/guest towels as well as tea towels are available.
• The camera surveillance is only outside. The entrance to the house, yard and garden are monitored with cameras.

Country house Stetten:

• Children of all ages are welcome and a fully equipped baby travel cot is available. Toys for children are available, but no safety equipment such as stair gates or socket protectors.
• There are two decoders on the television, one for Astra (German television channels) and one for Hotbird (Polish television channels). An Amazon Fire TV stick is available, but you need your own access.
• There are 2 minute monitoring devices in the building without camera and conversation monitoring; only sound levels and room temperature in the living room and hallway are measured.
• Garden and pool may not be used. The rental property is exclusively the holiday apartment.

Archway house:

• Unfortunately, there is no way to protect children from falling down the stairs, which is why I consider it too dangerous for children to stay there.
